Tatyana Nesterenko was born on August 5, 1959, in Vladivostok, Primorsky Kray.
She has candidate’s degree in economics.
In 1981, she graduated from the Khabarovsk Institute of National Economy, specialty Finance and Credit.
1981-1984: Tatyana Nesterenko worked as an economist for national economy finance at the Finance Department of Anadyr Regional Executive Committee of Chukchi Autonomous Region, Anadyr.
1984-1989: Budget auditor-inspector; Deputy Head; Head of the Budget Inspection Commission of Anadyr Regional Finance Department of Chukchi Autonomous Region, Anadyr.
1989-1991: Head of the Finance Department of Chukchi Autonomous Region, Anadyr.
1991-1994: Deputy Head of the Administration, Head of the Finance Management of the Administration of Chukchi Autonomous Region, Anadyr.
