Roman Artyukhin was born on August 16, 1973, in Iksha, Dmitrovski District, Moscow Region.
In 1995, he graduated from the State Academy of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze; in 1998, he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy
1995 - 1998 - leading expert of the Main Administration of the Federal Treasury;
1998 - 2003 - Head of department - chief accountant of the Main Administration of the Federal Treasury;
2003 - 2004 - Deputy Head of the Main Administration of the Federal Treasury, Deputy Director of Department of the Main Administration of the Federal Treasury.
January 2005 - October 2007 - Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury.
October 2007 – present time - Head of the Federal Treasury
Roman Artyukhin was rewarded with the medal “For Distinguished Service to the Fatherland”, 2nd grade ", and with awards of the Finance Ministry of the Russian Federation, and of the Treasury of Russia.
He was distinguished by the Government of the Russian Federation.
